Nestled in the heart of our community, we strive to recreate the enchanting atmosphere of a Greek village eatery, adding a twist to old time classic recipes.
Based on seasonal high-quality ingredients most of which are sourced from our local producers we change our menu according to what each season has to offer best.
"Melisma" is connected to the song of the bee and means melody, harmony, tranquility... The restaurant's slogan is Taste The harmony! This is how the restaurant expresses its identity.

In the kitchen, the chef and owner of the Restaurant, Alexandros Chatzigiannakis, creates dishes inspired by traditional foods, in a more modern version, one might say, with quality raw materials and fine meats that are slow-cooked and form a tasty feast. Of course, the menu does not lack seafood, which is always fresh and leaves an excellent taste on the palate.


The Menu
The menu at "Melisma" is varied and "fresh", and following the season, it includes top quality proposals, such as the cool seasonal salad with peach, the alternative moussaka, the steamed fish with seasonal greens, the honeyed pancetta with small pita bread and potatoes sauteed with thyme, while there is no shortage of grandma's meatballs, nor, of course, the casual mood.
